Albion Strawberry
Albion Strawberry - Large strawberries, good producers. Should start producing in 1.5-2 months.
Tip: Trim runners to focus growth on the main plant. Replant runners to create new strawberry plants.

Tiny, yellow, about the the size of a lemon, wonderful either raw or pickled. Definitely worth a try!

Well-suited for warm weather, and side shoot production. Roughly two months to medium-sized heads.

Natural licorice scent, smaller than lemon and Italian basil. Green petite leaves, tiny purple flowers. Flavor dishes in a pinch.
Italian Basil
****NOTE: Grows well when temperature stays consistently above 50 degrees at night. Suitable for indoor growing.Wonderfully aromatic, both leaves and flowers provide a strong scent. Pinch flowers as they form to promote more leaf growth. Large, robust leaves on plants which reach several feet tall. Stalks become woody after several months. Harvest either leaf by leaf, or cut back a few inches above base and the plant will regrow.
Mrs. Burns' Lemon Basil

Amish Paste Heirloom Tomato - Indeterminate(vining)
Medium sized tomato, terrific flavor, organically grown. Plant can vine up to several feet or be trimmed and made to bush. Great for tomato sauce!
Brandywine Tomato
Good size, great flavor. This round tomato will vine rather than bush. Produces relatively early.
New Girl Tomato
Round, small-medium sized, tasty tomato. Will vine. A wonderful addition to any garden. Pair with a cherry tomato for great variety.
Sun Gold Tomatoes
A personal favorite! Cherry tomatoes, bright golden-yellow, abundant and exceedingly delicious. A must have!
Pink Berkeley Tie Dye
Distinctly colored, medium-sized fruits, does not vine particularly far. Fantastic tomato.
Supersweet 100 - Cherry Tomato
An outstanding cherry tomato, produces in large bunches. Indeterminate (Vining)
A sure winner, this red cherry tomato will vine and does best when vines are supported. Place at the bottom of the tower, or add a tomato cage for in-ground planting.
Galahad - Beefsteak
This terrific beefsteak creates a bush rather than a vine. It has fantastic flavor, and great resistance to disease. Organically grown, fruits in 2 months.
Place at the bottom of the tower garden for best results.
Black Krim
Russian Heirloom Beefsteak tomato. 8-16 ounce tomatoes produced on indeterminate plants. 2.5 months to production. Organically grown.
Place at the bottom of the tower or support with a tomato cage in the ground.
Indigo Cherry Drops
Deep red to black cherry tomato, good production on strong vines.

Vigorous as can be. 3-4' tall, 3-4' wide, tiny beautiful yellow flowers with purple. Plant develops husk which fills as fruit grows. Capable of producing hundreds of tomatillos on one plant. Excellent for homemade salsas.
Jalapeno - Jedi
Very large fruits on tall plants. Great heat and flavor, perfect to add spice to any number of dishes.

Olympus Bell Pepper

Kalette - Autumn Star
One of our newest items for the fall/winter: Kalettes are a cross between Brussels sprouts and kale, forming open florets in place of traditional Brussels sprouts.

Toscano "Italian Heirloom" Kale
Italian heirloom kale, also known as lacinato, dinosaur, or blue kale. This is the second most tender kale we grow, only to Red Russian kale. Grows well year-round.
An excellent candidate for the microgreens sections of the Tower Garden. Leave 2-3" when harvesting and enjoy multiple cuttings.
Red Russian Kale
Widely-lobed leaves, which change from red to green as the plant matures. The red comes from the stalk. Ready for harvest in two weeks, will grow for months.
Excellent for microgreens, leave 2-3" when harvesting and watch it regrow.
Winterbor Kale
Typical highly-curled kale, tasty, perfect for the cool weather of the fall and winter. Like most kales, this will thrive for months at a time, simply pick the outside leaves and the stalks will continue to produce from the middle.
Dazzling Blue Kale
New Dino kale with purple midrib, contrasts well with the leaf. Similar to Toscano kale, with a distinct purple center.

Beet Greens - Early Wonder Tall Top
Fast growing, packed with flavor, grown for the leaves, though it will produce a relatively small beet, as well. Leaves will be available to harvest in three weeks and will produce for several months.
In a tower garden, it is best to place at the top to make removal easiest if the roots become too large. Simply remove the shower cap and the net pot can be dislodged.
Swiss Chard Bright Lights Rainbow Chard
Slightly bitter leaves, savory stems, always gorgeous. Terrific for cooking or eating raw. Use in salads, stir fry, wraps, etc.
Premium Greens Mix
A splendid array of greens: choi, mustard, and cabbage. Quick growing, a perfect choice for getting a lot from a small space.
Collard Greens
Flash
Large leaves, tender when young, heartier after several months. Collard greens can survive many months, even under poor conditions. Pick consistently for a very high yielding crop. May be grown year round.
Italian Dandelion
Ultra quick green, large leaves, very flavorful. Cut and re-cut several times.
Purple Mizuna
An Asian mustard green, may be edged with vivid purple. Great to clip and allow to regrow. Ideal for salad or spring mix.
Red Veined Sorrel - Lemon Flavored Green
A more stunning version of sorrel, lemony, slightly tart. Leaves can reach 6-8", but are perfect as pictured. Lovely add-on to salad.

Nasturtium
Incredibly versatile, vigorous plant, to be used for both edible flowers and leaves. Flower are vibrant, slightly sweet, with a definite kick. Leaves are spicy, perfect for mini wraps. Plant in a contained area, will spread otherwise.

Sometimes known as summer celery, an alternative to slow growing celery. This plant has a distinct salty taste and grows quickly, capable of being cut and regrowing. Similar in growth habit to parsley.

Borage
A beautiful periwinkle flower, with a light cucumber flavor. Add to a salad or garnish a dish, adds color and flavor well to a plate.
Red Gem Marigold
Strongly scented, the beautiful, fern-like leaf and deep red/orange/yellow flowers bring many beneficial insects, ideal for pairing with plants prone to bugs.
Flower petals are edible, blooms sustain for long stretches.
Microgreens
Greens picked specifically to do well in the microgreens section of the Tower Garden. Meant to be clipped back to 2-3 inches and regrow. Don't cut back too harshly because plants may not regrow. Wonderful to garnish dishes. My favorite greens for the microgreens are kales, mustards, and arugula.
